梁金源先生於2018年加入菜鳥，現任菜鳥香港全球進口供應鏈事業部總經理。 梁先生在物流業從事工作超過20年，擁有豐富的營運和領導經驗，涉及機場貨站營運、機坪營運管理、國際進出口通關、本地快遞網路、郵政產品開發、跨境電商物流產品開發和 營運等廣泛領域。 在加入菜鳥之前，梁先生曾在聯邦快遞、Linehaul Express 和 ZTO International 擔任多個職位，並不斷晉升。

梁先生擁有英國哈德斯菲爾德大學工商管理（榮譽）學士學位，主修行銷。

Mr Kammy Leung joined Cainiao in 2018 and is currently Cainiao Hong Kong’s General Manager of the Global Import Supply Chain Division. Dedicated in the logistics industry for more than 20 years, he has rich operation and leadership experience across extensive fields including airport cargo terminal operation, ramp operation and management, international import and export customs clearance, local express network, postal product development and cross-border e-commerce logistics product development and operation.  Prior to Cainiao, Mr Leung has progressed through various positions of increasing seniority in FedEx, Linehaul Express, and ZTO International.

Mr Leung holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Hons) with a focus on marketing from he University of Huddersfield in the UK.
