Mr. Li founded NOVA Group in 2009, followed by the establishment of NOVA CPA Limited, which has served over 2,000 startups, MNCs, and listed companies to date, providing auditing, accounting, financial management, corporate consultancy and digital transformation services. 

Mr. Li is the present Chief Financial Officer of Modern Chinese Medicine Group Co., Ltd (stock code: 1643), and the Company Secretary of Jiachen Holding Group Limited (stock code: 1937), both companies that are listed on the Main Board of Stock Exchange.
