香港電商物流協會致信於政府，感謝《2023至24年財政預算案》於培訓海運及空運人才計劃的「大灣區青年航空業實習計劃」，「海事人才培訓資助計劃」，及向「海運及空運人才培訓基金」注資兩億元，以支援海運、航空及物流業的人才培訓。
本會亦向政府提供書面意見，在計劃覆蓋範圍和申請門欄上提出建議。
